By accessing our website, purchasing mobile airtime, using our pay-by-phone service at 800-488-1650, or placing orders through our platform, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Prepaid Recharge & Airtime Fulfillment
MobiSend acts as an authorized facilitator and payment center between consumers and independent wireless carriers. Upon successful authorization and confirmation of payment, refill credits are dispatched electronically to the recipient telephone number provided during the order process. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the mobile telephone number entered is accurate and active.
2. User Accounts & Registration
When creating an account on MobiSend, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account credentials and for any activities or actions conducted under your login.
3. Payments, Pricing & Fees
All prices are stated in United States Dollars ($ USD) unless explicitly indicated otherwise. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and authorized retail payment methods. Transactions are processed via 256-bit encrypted payment gateways. We reserve the right to modify service fees or recharge denominations in accordance with carrier tariffs.
4. Pay By Phone Service

5. Limitation of Liability
MobiSend and Anchorline INC shall not be held liable for carrier-side cellular network outages, SIM card incompatibilities, or incorrect telephone numbers provided by the user. In no event shall MobiSend or Anchorline INC be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
