In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c), a copyright owner or their authorized agent may submit a takedown notice to our designated agent.

Carrier Trademarks & Logos

All carrier names, logos, service marks, and brand designations displayed on mobisend.net (including AT&T, Verizon, Cricket, Simple Mobile, Telcel, T-Mobile, and others) are registered trademarks of their respective corporate owners. Their presence on this site serves solely to identify the wireless providers whose prepaid recharge and bill payment services are authorized for processing. MobiSend does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks.

Filing a Notice of Infringement

To file a copyright infringement notification with MobiSend, please submit a written communication containing the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g. direct URL).
4. Contact information of the complaining party including full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
